No, absolutely not. You provide a warm lead – someone who knows we will be reaching out. Our team of specialists handles the entire sales process.
You can send your invoice once we have received payment from the developer. This happens after the client has signed the purchase agreement, paid the down payment, and we have been recognized as the official real estate agent for your referral by the developer.
The Dubai Referral Club is a program that allows you, as a referrer, to refer people from your network to Dubai-Property.nl. If your contact successfully invests in real estate through us, you receive a fee of up to 50% of our sales commission.
Every lead must be registered in our system before we have had any contact with that person. Only then can we attribute the lead to you.
Anyone with a network of people interested in investing in real estate in Dubai. Think of entrepreneurs, influencers, financial advisors, real estate agents, or active networkers. No sales experience is required.
Leads are fully traceable to you for up to 6 months. If a sale takes place within that period, you receive your commission. For deals closing between 6 and 12 months, you receive an adjusted commission. After 12 months, the claim expires.
Only if the client has had no contact with us for more than 12 months. In that case, it qualifies as a reactivation and may fall under the referral program – subject to prior approval.
As long as you register the lead correctly and on time, you are entitled to the commission. We work with a non-circumvention clause: once a lead has been referred by you, it cannot be claimed through another route.
After signing up and completing your onboarding, you'll get access to our registration system where you can easily submit your referrals.
