The Role: We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Real Estate Consultant to join our team. At Dubai-Property.nl, you get the best of both worlds: a flying start and unlimited entrepreneurship. Based in the Netherlands (with the option to work from Dubai), you will be the key point of contact for our investors. Where other agencies often leave you to fend for yourself, we provide a steady stream of leads through our marketing machine. Your job is to follow up on these professionally and close them. But it doesn't stop there. We are looking for winners who want more. That's why we strongly encourage and reward personal initiative. In addition to the leads we provide, you will actively build your own network and generate your own leads. Why? Because you earn a higher commission percentage on your own leads. To support you in this, you will complete our exclusive Dubai Property Academy during your first four months (valued at €20,000). This program will prepare you as a real estate professional and teach you the ins and outs of both sales and acquisition.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Closing Company Leads: Promptly and professionally following up on the warm leads and appointments delivered to you daily by our marketing team and back office.
  • Building Your Own Network (Hunting): Proactively seeking out and attracting new investors through your own channels and networking events for maximum commission.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with your client portfolio.
  • Strategic Advice: Conducting sales meetings, delivering presentations, and guiding clients toward the right investment.
  • Negotiating & Closing: Leading negotiations and successfully closing deals.
  • Market Knowledge: Continuously staying up to date with the latest trends and launches in the Dubai real estate market.
  • Coordination: Closely communicating with our support team in Dubai for local updates and administrative processing.

Wat wij zoeken:

  • A driven, proactive attitude with a strong winner's mentality.
  • You are willing to become a Closer (you can close deals) and a Hunter (you see opportunities everywhere).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You can work independently and take responsibility for your own success.
  • Languages: Fluent English is a hard requirement; other languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and work with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
  • Flexibility to travel to Dubai when necessary.
  • Availability: You are present at our office in Rotterdam at least 2 days per week for training, meetings, and team energy.
