We are looking for a Star Recruiter. A hunter. Someone who understands that recruitment is a top-level sport and has the drive to build the best sales team in the Netherlands. Your Mission You will become the gatekeeper and the engine of our organization. Your goal is crystal clear: ensure our Consultant Academy is continuously filled with top talent. You will have full ownership of the recruitment process, from actively hunting talent to the new colleague's first day on the job.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Hunt & Build: You actively hunt on LinkedIn and within your network for top sales professionals who are ready for the next step. No 'post & pray', but 'hunt & close'.
  • Gatekeeper: You conduct the initial interviews, effortlessly see through polished pitches, and select ruthlessly based on mindset and commitment.
  • Process Owner: You manage our applicant funnel in Notion. You ensure speed, tight follow-up, and an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Onboarding Director: You ensure the administrative process runs flawlessly, from contracts to preparing the welcome package.
  • Employer Branding: Together with marketing, you position Dubai-Property.nl as the employer of choice for ambitious sales professionals.

Wat wij zoeken:

You are a commercial animal with a recruitment heart. You probably come from the agency world or are a corporate recruiter looking to trade the sluggishness of large companies for pure action and impact.

Hard Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in (agency) recruitment, with a proven track record in hiring sales profiles.
  • Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
  • Fluent in Dutch & English (hard requirement).
  • Available for 32-40 hours per week (preference for full-time) and at least 2 days on-site at our Rotterdam office.

  • Commercial mindset: You are entrepreneurial, direct, and results-driven.
  • High energy, presentable, and verbally razor-sharp.
  • Digital skills (experience with Notion/ATS is a plus).
